If your order has not been shipped yet, you can get a refund. However, orders that have been shipped out are final sale unless you receive a defective item. If you received a defective item, please email us a photo, and we’ll do our best to help sort it out.
As each bookmark and sticker is handmade, the occasional shift on the cutter results in a 1-2mm variation in each product. This is normal and not considered a defect. Sometimes the laminate we use on our bookmarks will leave a tiny air pocket on the surface, and that usually disappears with time and use. We do our best to represent our products as accurately as we can, but sometimes colours may vary from screen to screen.
If your product arrives bent, bunged up, or in visibly unhappy condition due to carrier mishandling, please let us know ASAP so we can help sort it out.
All our products are made in-house in our home studio, while accompanied by our Shop Beast (our Shih Tzu, Mochi.) It is a smoke-free environment.
Currently, we are not accepting custom design commissions unless they are for wholesale orders (subscription boxes, storefronts, etc).
