Our turn around time is 1-3 days for most orders, which means 1-3 days business days for production, not including weekends or Canadian holidays.

If you've placed an order that exceeds our stock volume (i.e. really, really BIG orders) we will reach out to confirm our delivery timeline with you before proceeding.

Wholesale orders require a two-week lead time per request, and turn around time will be discussed on a case by case basis.

We are currently not offering custom design commissions outside of wholesale inquiries or OC (original character) commissions, however, we're not closed to the possibility. :)

A B-Grade or "Seconds" item is a less-than-perfect version of a bookmark or sticker.

As our products are all handmade in our home studio, some variation is expected even with A-grade items: often this results in a slight shift on our cutter. We allow for 1-2mm shift for our A-grade items.

With B-grade items, there is often a greater than 2mm shift on the cutter, or a visible imperfection in the laminate (a small air bubble or an artifact that sometimes occurs with the vinyl.) At a glance, they are not often visible to most people.

The artwork is always full colour, full bright, and fully visible on all our products. B-grade only constitutes a minor shift or imperfection, and the products are slightly discounted to account for it.

B-Grade items are sold as-is and may not be exchanged or refunded. They are clearly marked, and are final sale.

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can make corrections to your shipping address or the quantites of products included.

As long as your order is on our workbench, we will do our best to find a solution.

Changes cannot be made to an order once it's shipped, unfortunately, so please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Yes! Please reach out to us via email or the contact form with photographs of the damage and we will do our best to get things sorted out.

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can get a refund.

However, orders that have been shipped out are final sale unless you receive a defective item.

If you received a defective item, please email us a photo, and we’ll do our best to help sort it out.
